01 Jan 2021-HAPPY NEW YEAR

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow - Albert Einstein

We all know that 2020 has passed with lot of challenges considering many facts especially the pandemic (covid-19) which infected nearly 85 million people and death of nearly 2 million people. The past year was one of the toughest in the history of mankind due to the pandemic. But we need to take this as an experience which enriched us in different ways and equipped us with better mental strength to proceed in 2021.

Our institute too had to face the challenges as classes were not held as required, examinations were not conducted, less admissions to the new batches and so on. At the same time, we cannot forget the effort made to lighten the burden of the suffering as well as adapting to new methods for the day to day living. DBTI had come forward to help nearly 1000 families with rations which lessened the difficulties of those people. Teachers and students had to adapt new ways of teaching and learning by online method. Digital literacy has become part and parcel of many especially teachers, students and those working in the offices. Our institute had started offline classes, after having obtained consent letters from the parents, from 15th October 2020 onwards for the outgoing trainees and for the other trainees including the new trainees from 9th November onwards following the SOPs issued by the department concerned. We are also happy indeed to let everyone know that this year admission to COPA (48) and BCA (60) are to the full capacity.

We should not get disappointed with the adversaries of 2020. With the beginning 2021, we should promise to leave behind the negativity and vow not to let the difficulties affect us in starting the new year on a positive note. May this year bring new happiness, new goals, new achievements and a lot of new inspirations in our lives.

Wishing you all a year fully loaded with happiness and God’s blessings.
