24 Jun 2021-Welcome to the New Director and Adieu to the Out Going Director

It is a matter of great pleasure and honor for the management, staff and students to congratulate and welcome Rev. Dr. Sajan M. George sdb as the
new Director of Don Bosco Technical Institute, Okhla, New Delhi. Everyone in the institute is delighted to have an eligible person like him
with such good experience to animate and govern our institute. He is well qualified to occupy the position that is entrusted to him. He has successfully completed MA, MEd, MBA, M Phil, and above all Ph. D in Management, where he successfully defended the thesis ‘Stress management and Personality among the Employees of Tyre Industry in South India’. He has varied experience in teaching and managing. He was Dean of Studies in Don
Bosco Jabalpur from 2005 – 2006 and an able administrator in Don Bosco Kuarmunda from 2006 – 2008. He was the principal of Don Bosco Najafgarh from 2008 to 2013. He was the manager of the printing press from 2016 to 2019 at DBTI Okhla. He was successful in delivering positive results wherever he was assigned with responsible work. Hard work and never say die attitude has made him a person with immense capability and foresight. He is a committed person
with great ideology, determination and vision. We hope that with his energy, enthusiasm and focus on education and learning, our institute achieves greater excellence. And we also hope that he will contribute his best efforts to improve the institute’s position in the country. Under his leadership and guidance, may the institute reach the next levels of glory.

The institute is deeply indebted to Rev. Fr. C. A. Joseph sdb who was the Director of the institute from 2015 to 2021. With his varied experience and knowledge, the institute has grown to a great extent. It was during his time that the construction of a new tower was completed under the able administration of Br Cyriac Kurias sdb. The new tower accommodates mechanical courses, computer courses and short-term training courses. Another milestone which was achieved during his tenure as director was starting of the new college ‘Bosco Technical Training Society’ in 2019. We wish and pray that his new assignment as the Director of Don Bosco, Najafgarh may take that institute to a higher level in the years to come. We wish him all the best.
